IHA works with home owners and realtors by offering expert 3rd party appraisal services; places pre-qualified home managers in vacant homes with their furnishings to accentuate the home; and IHA professionally stages both the occupied and unoccupied home with the most attractive, up-to-date furnishings and decor in order to appeal to the largest market. The result – a quicker sale for the highest price.

In addition, IHA offers homeowners, who desire to stay in their homes, but long for a “home overhaul,” redesign services that incorporate fresh new ideas, furnishings, and upgrades that will improve the quality of living.

Who is an Ideal Home Manager:

 

If you have a flair for decorating our program could be an exciting opportunity for you.  We take beautiful, vacant, upscale homes that are on the market for sale and place professional individuals and families with beautiful furnishings into these homes to stage the property as a show ready home.  These professional individuals and  families, known as “Home Managers”, live a life of luxury at apartment rent prices.  No lease required.

To qualify to become a Home Manager, you are selected on the basis of your furniture’s compatibility with the homes we have available.  If you and your family are friendly, somewhat adventurous, have nice furnishings and no pets,  Ideal home Advantage is the answer for you!!

If you qualify, you could live in a $200,000 – $3,000,000+ home/condo for $700 to $2000 a month.  If you are an individual looking for a unique way to live – Look NO further!! Ideal Home Advantage is an innovative and dynamic marketing strategy created for the purpose of enhancing the sale of vacant homes.

How do I qualify?

  1. Must have nice furnishings and accessories or agree to purchase or lease furnishings to stage the home completely.
  2. Generally no pets (there are some exceptions—some homes allow pets.  Inquire. Pet fees apply).
  3. Non-smoker.
  4. Have verifiable income and be free of a criminal record.

How do I get started?

  1. Contact us by email at info@idealhomeadvantage.com;
  2. Once you have contacted us you will be asked to complete our application and a credit/criminal check form;
  3. Then we will ask you to email photos of your furnishings (take 2 pictures of each room from different angles.  No need to send pictures of each individual piece of furniture).
