Ideal Home Advantage’s (IHA) mission is to transform today’s house into tomorrow’s home sale.

IHA works with home owners and realtors by offering expert 3rd party appraisal services; places pre-qualified home managers in vacant homes with their furnishings to accentuate the home; and IHA professionally stages both the occupied and unoccupied home with the most attractive, up-to-date furnishings and decor in order to appeal to the largest market. The result – a quicker sale for the highest price.

In addition, IHA offers homeowners, who desire to stay in their homes, but long for a “home overhaul,” redesign services that incorporate fresh new ideas, furnishings, and upgrades that will improve the quality of living.

Donna’s “experience with life” led her through some of the same challenges that many home owners and sellers are also experiencing.  Research, trial and error, good advice, some not-so-good-advice, education/training, and hands-on experience has yielded an individual who is capable and competent with her genuine interest in helping others achieve their goal of selling one of their most valuable assets – their home, for the highest price in the shortest amount of time so that they can “move on” to the next phase of life. Donna’s motto of “Grab them at the curb” is indicative of her awareness that you are selling the “big picture” – that from the curb to the laundry room, the home must impress.  With today’s competitive market, leaving your house in “AS IS” condition will help sell the competition. The number of homes for sale is at all-time high; and buyers have high expectations.  She will get your home in top “Show Ready” condition so that every time a potential buyer steps through the doors, he/she immediately begins to “feel at home” and imagining living in your house.

Donna has facilitated many “home make-overs” throughout the years beginning with her own bedroom as a small child.  She was always concerned with colors, patterns, arrangement of furniture and even lining up her dolls and stuffed animals on the bed according to her discriminating eye!  Her semi-professional career sprang up in college as she assisted her dorm-mates in their decorating attempts.  From there she thrilled at helping a friend or family member move, as she would be the first to show up on moving day to pack and more importantly to unpack, arrange furniture, go on shopping sprees for new décor and yes, even PAINT!

Over the years, her interest in home décor and decorating developed, as well as her eye for a “great buy” positioned her as an ideal candidate to take her talent to the next level.  She became a certified, professional Home Stager and Redesigner with Home Staging Resource Training Company.   She completed the most comprehensive home staging and redesign certification course in the country.  The Home Staging Resource is the first and only accredited staging training courses having undergone an extensive quality control and accreditation process by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) who is the only third-party governing association for the home staging industry.
