About Us…

Donna Wilson is co-owner of Ideal Home Advantage (IHA). Together with her business partner John Barkett, MAI, she has developed a “full-service” program to fully prepare, manage and market homes in today’s challenging housing market.  Her “experience with life” led her through some of the same challenges that many home owners and sellers are also experiencing.  Research, trial and error, good advice, some not-so-good-advice, education/training, and hands-on experience had yielded an individual who is capable, competent, and vivacious with her genuine interest in helping others achieve their goal of selling one of their most valuable commodities – their home, for the highest price in shortest amount of time so that they can “move on” to the next phase of life.

Together, John and Donna have seen the need for their combined services and mapped out a full-service solution for both the home owners and realtors that fit the unique needs of a vacant home.  The result was the creation of Ideal Home Advantage (IHA).
